  • Chuck’s OMG Ring!

    Dear readers:

    It is with great pleasure that I ask this commentary to the Schubach site.  Several years ago while living in Florida, I became aware of this company.  I made several emails and calls to Beth about perhaps making a ring for me.  Time flew by, but I never lost sight of the dream that one day . . . Fast forward to October 2010.  I found one of my emails, and made the call to Schubach’s store.  Beth remembered me, and we started to chat about the possible design of my ring.  It grew and grew until, and was refined with conversations, pictures and emails with Joe and Beth.  Before I comment on this ring, I want you all to know you can not find finer people any where!  They possess kindness, patience and knowledge, not to mention design ability.  Now to my ring – WOW is all I can say.  My expectations on design, beauty,appearance and ON TIME – “faster than ON TIME” delivery.  I recommend them to anyone who wants quality, originality and personal assistance in their jewelry selections.  Sincerely yours – KW “Chuck” Lambooy III

  • B.P. Now, what new mischief can I get into with Schubach Jewelers.

    Joe I have not had this ring off my finger yet (a little Dawn and a baby tooth brush, but it stays on).  . . . . . . This ring has become part of me.  . . . . . . . I wanted to thank you again, people are quick to complain, but all to often dont take the time to thank others for a job well done…..
    Now, what new mischief can I get into with Schubach Jewelers.
    Ill have to call Beth, she’ll get me in trouble for sure.  HMMMM where else can I put a diamond……

    I did receive the necklace this morning and it is beautiful.  …thank you so much for all your help and rush.  My 16 year old really likes it and she’s our athlete who doesn’t care so much for jewelry (or so she said), but it was priceless to see her open it and put it on.

    Dear Joe and Beth:

    I received the ring today and I’m honestly still in a bit of awe by just how beautiful it is and how perfectly it came out.  It is TRULY, TRULY gorgeous – it’s got all the organic, subtle curves we wanted and overall. You guys just perfectly nailed that unique yet tastefully understated look.

    I really can’t thank both of you enough for all the hard work that went into this.  More than that, I really appreciate the fact that you insisted that we go onto iteration 4 to get it exactly 100% right when we probably could have been happy with iteration 2 or 3.

    I haven’t presented this to A yet, but probably within the next week.  I know without any inkling of doubt that she will be as amazed by this as I am!!  Thank you SO much again…and wish me luck!!

    Several weeks later:

    Joe and Beth:

    I presented the ring to Anna right before we left over a week ago for the holidays; unexpectedly, she said she would “Have to think about it.”

    OK, just kidding! She loved it as much as I did and we’re now officially engaged!! There wasn’t a big, flashy proposal – just an opportune moment when we were talking about what gifts we should get each other for Christmas and I mention that I actually had a gift ready for her! I think it definitely took her a couple of days to get used to having the ring on her finger: both for “being engaged” and because she was also taken by how beautifully it came out.

     

    Joe and Beth were extremely helpful and took care to both understand the changes we wanted and the subtleties we wanted preserved. They helped bring the design to the exact form we envisioned. We can’t thank them enough!
