Hi Joe,

I wanted to take a minute to thank you and one of your associates Beth. To go back a little I received a pair of diamond earrings for Valentine’s Day. Well, it is the first time in 10 yrs he has bought me diamonds, and he told me from the start he wanted to get my a nice big pair so he did skimp on the quality to get me a 2 carat pair. I was like look its the thought that counts. I opened the earrings and yes, (I really felt bad) as I did not really care for them. They were milky in color and not what I had expected. With that said I came across your site and I decided to call in and ask a few questions as I had seen the Moissanite earrings. Beth told me how wonderful they were in comparison to diamonds and the clarity would be what I was looking for. So when he came home and I asked him about exchanging and for a little smaller size as again Beth pointed out 1 1/2 carats was always a good safe choice. He was fine with saving him money(lol) since they were less then what he had paid for the other ones.

I received my order today and I would have given anything to have had this reaction on Valentine’s Day!!! These are beautiful earring that sparkle like nothing else I have seen. Beth was correct the 1 1/2 carat was a much better fit. I can not stop looking in the mirror at the sparkle in my ears, or wipe off the smile that has been on my face ever since.

I have recently gained a daughter in law and have been looking for something special to get her. I can say NOT my earring, but I am going to order her a pair. I mean this from the bottom of my heart, you have one very satisfied customer who will return time and time again. Thank you Beth I hope they know how lucky they are to have you!!

Dear Joe-

Our story may be typical of many couples these days where John and I met on line. We never expected to develop into anything more than companionship, but when it did, he proposed to me with my mother’s original engagement ring so that I could partake in the experience of choosing the perfect one.

Not knowing a lot about jewelry, I chose rings online from an unknown jeweler and we were married. The quality of the ring was far less than I had hoped.

Hi Beth!

I wanted to say thank you very much!  I got the ring weds and it looked great.  I surprised her and asked her on Thursday!

I took her to disneyland thursday cause this was where we first hung out together, and when I first took her to the wishing well.  We got there mid afternoon, and went on a ride and walked around a little.  We made our way over to the wishing well, and said i happened to have a couple of quarters in my pocket.  We made are wishes, then I got down on one knee and asked her for her hand.

It was great!  Had dinner at Ruths Chris.  And am soo happy!

We’re not one to toot our own horn but we just had to share this recent testimonial about our custom design work and what the process is like from the client’s point of view:

Initially I was very skeptical to make such a large purchase through an online retailer. My fiancé told me his budget and I “went to work.”

I wanted a custom ring and wanted to be sure I was working with the right team. I researched several online, (as well as brick and mortar), locations before stumbling across Schubach Jewelers. Hi Joe,

I LOVE the ring!! It is exactly what I wanted and I am just so happy with it. Casey proposed on Christmas in front of my family and even though I knew it was coming, it was still a surprise!!
