I contacted XX about this ring and beyond his first email where he informed me that he couldn’t send the mount without a stone and they would need to place one of his sourced stones it in….he ignored me. I followup with him asking if he would place a moissanite stone in the mount and after 3 emails following up – well he didn’t answer any of them. I was polite in all of my emails and spaced them apart so as not to “bug” him and still he never answered.
I am so happy that you guys made my dreams come true – thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I can not even find the words to describe how beautiful this ring is!!! I literally can’t take my eyes off of it! It’s stunning! Every detail was executed with perfection. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The delicate details of the twist & millgraining are breathtaking. The stones are more brilliant then the stars in the sky. This ring encompasses every romantic love story I’ve ever heard. This will be an family heirloom for sure. It is exactly what I had imagined multiplied by 10.

Joe Schubach has been the only one that provided sufficient detailed information and personalized service to warrant a purchase from me. The skill in setting the stone was superb. Joe’s goldsmith left ZERO marks on the stones table and crown. Brilliant work. I would buy again with confidence.

I can’t begin to say thank you enough for everything that you both did to make last Saturday night incredible. When Amy and I first began looking around I told her that I want to find an engagement ring that would take her breath away, make her speechless, and make her cry tears of joy. The beautiful ring that you designed accomplished all three.
When I pulled the ring out and popped the question Amy gasped so loud that people turned to look to see what was going on. She then covered he mouth with both hands and shook her head yes as her eyes filled with tears. We hugged for what seemed like an hour and then I slipped the ring on her finger. As I was still kneeling in front of her two ladies who had been watching the whole thing from across the veranda came over and thanked us for allowing them to be a part of something so beautiful and surreal. The attached picture was taken by them just minutes after I proposed – I was still kneeling. I don’t think Amy has taken her eyes off of the ring since. I regularly catch her just staring at it with this amazing smile on her face.
She is looking forward to seeing the designs for the wedding bands.
