When I reviewed this year’s trends in jewelry, I couldn’t help but feel a little relieved. Why? They seemed manageable! Customers should be able to partake in these trends and sometimes, if they’re too far-fetched (some of the more outrageuous statement necklaces, for instance), I just don’t see the average Jane donning them, especially in Scottsdale.
But as you’ll see from JCK’s list, many of the items are affordable and not too over-the-top.
Here’s an example:
Subtle Drop Earrings. They make a slightly bigger statement than last year’s studs—widely worn on the red carpet—and coordinate with many a fashion silhouette, so the petite drop earring is a style to watch this year. They also made a splash on the red carpet in 2012 at the Golden Globes, and will nicely complement spring’s full skirts, and romantic and flouncy effects.
