Oh yes, we’ve talked about matching jewelry to women for a long time now. Whether its body or face type or the color of your face, we’ve paired you with just the right piece.
But men? Okay, we’ll admit it: we’re a little behind in our advisory duties.
With Father’s Day on the horizon (June 21st), let’s make up for lost time, shall we?
Once considered taboo, mixing different types and colored gemstones in one piece of jewelry is becoming a way to enhance each gem’s beauty, not detract. Like a bouquet of flowers, the visual experience is rich, multi-layered…and certainly colorful. The takeaway? Dare to mix your gems and metals. The rules that applied a generation ago just don’t cut it today…thankfully!

Dear Joe,
Bands are milgrained versions of our style 10291
Celebrities and their accessory choices while on tour often beckon an emerging trend. Which is the case with singer Miranda Lambert whose mother forged a merchandise relationship with Rustic Cuff. Coincidentally it’s also one of Lambert’s favorite pieces of jewelry.

Bev [Lambert’s mother] worked with Rustic Cuffs to create the Platinum-themed pieces (there are three designs) after noticing that her daughter was already a big fan of the brand. “Rustic Cuff has been sending Miranda cuffs for as far back as her career began,” she tells PEOPLE. “On the Platinum Tour I noticed her nightly wardrobe included pieces from their collection. Miranda loves the pieces so much that I knew that fans would love them too. There are fans that wear the logo tees and caps but there are also fans that don’t wear that type of tour merch. They want something to represent their loyalty that is a little more subtle. The cuff is the perfect fit for them!”

What’s the top stressor for a soon-to-be married couple?
It’s a pretty easy guess, right? Finances. And it stands to reason. The way we manage our money says a lot about us. Often we don’t realize the way our significant other deals with money until we’re living with them.
But even beforehand, in preparation of the Big Day, managing money certainly plays a part. Weddings can be exorbitantly expensive and we often overspend in an attempt to have the most perfect wedding possible. Then the bills rolls in months later and a newly wed couple feels the distinct strain of financial woes.
Ever since we started our business (over 100 years ago!), we considered finances along with the couples who have passed through our doors, always attempting to make sure the engagement and wedding ring you choose is something you can afford. The beautiful part? No sacrifices are needed. Diamond alternatives (like moissanite or lab grown diamonds) are available, making that “wow” factor so many women search for more than possible.
When you contact us, we discuss your budget and happily work within it. Start your marriage off fiscally right without sacrificing a single bling
