The Client’s Story:

I looked everywhere for a ring that I truly liked and wasn’t getting anywhere. I wanted something with side stones that looked delicate and feminine. Most pieces looked too plain or bulky. After I found a design I liked in diamond, I asked Joe to recreate it in moissanite. He did an even better job than I could have hoped for. I had been a part of the design process every step of the way, so when my boyfriend pulled out the ring box, I was not surprised.

I was surprised, however, to find a fake rubber grow-a-ring in the box (thanks, Joe)! My boyfriend then told me that the ring was somewhere in the apartment. Knowing that I would never find it I gave up and decided to grow the fake ring in water. I got a cup out for the fake ring and gave it to my boyfriend to hold for a second. He gives the cup back but this time with the real ring inside! It was very cute:) Oh, and I still grew my fake ring. It gets to the size of a bracelet!

The ring is absolutely amazing and it more than I could have ever asked for. My experience with you and your company has been nothing but joy. Is there a place I can put a stellar review for you or anything? I’ve already talked you up to all of my friends;) Thank you so much for everything!

Here’s a custom jewelry project with a long history. Christine and I have been friends since grade school. We attended Tavan Elementary, Ingleside Middle and Arcadia High schools together. Christine’s parents were customers of my father’s and for Christine’s high school graduation, her parents had a gold and diamond initial pendant made. Now, a “few” years later it’s Christine’s daughter Catherine who is graduating.

So Christine contacted me several weeks before the big day to talk about carrying on the tradition. Her idea was to do something a little more updated; have the piece made in white gold rather than yellow gold and to update the type style somewhat. In addition, she wanted to make it even more personal and special by incorporating diamonds from her collection along with diamonds from her sister, Daphne’s collection (Daphne also received a diamond initial for her high school graduation). Your unexpected thoughtfulness touched my heart. My name’s V., you assisted my now-fiance M. in picking and delivering my dream ring. He gave me the ring earlier this week. I hold it up to look at it every other minute or so! I ADORE IT!! Its simple, it glitters, its feminine and comfortable. Actually we both love it, and M. is definitely pleased knowing that the hunt is over, no more bald spots from tearing his hair out(totally kidding). (regarding a custom moissanite engagement ring)

Hi Beth,

I wanted to give you an update.  I got engaged recently and my fiancee
absolutely loves the ring.  There’s just one problem — her co-workers
are a little jealous!  The moissanite is so sparkly and the ring looks
a little too good.

We decided to go to the mall to see what kind of wedding band would
look nice with it.  In the first store we went to, the woman asked if
she could clean the ring.  We said sure and we were both nervous that
somehow the woman would know it wasn’t diamond and would say something
but she didn’t say anything or seem suspicious.  At the next store,
which even used to sell moissanite, the employee was taken aback when
he saw the ring and said “oh, wow!”  He put a normal diamond wedding
band next to it, but it looked dull in comparison so he steered us
toward their most expensive wedding bands.  We took the ring to
Tiffany’s and they asked us if it was a Tiffany Novo ring.  The only
diamond ring we saw that could compare to the moissanite was an actual
Hearts on Fire.  I guess it’s just the way they cut it.  Nobody had
any idea that her ring was anything other than a very high quality
diamond ring.

We’re in the process of choosing a wedding band to go with it and
we’re planning on having either pink moissanite or pink sapphire in
it. . . .
