Custom Jewelry Designs

Forever, boundless, time and knowledge without limit, endless beauty. These are a few of the descriptions for the simple but powerful symbol of infinity. And what better way to represent this idea than with a custom made platinum ring with pave set diamonds from Joseph Schubach Jewelers! (sorry, had to get the shameless marketing in there somehow!) A special thanks to XXX (Name withheld until he gives her the ring) for letting us create this beauty for the special person in his life. Cheers! Here is to never ending joy!

Here is another entry for our Custom Jewelry Design Contest, a custom princess cut moissanite engagement ring. This had so many interesting angles that it was tough to find just the right way to photograph it! However, we think you’ll get the idea on this unique piece!

These "Moon and Star" diamond earrings are probably a bit different from what you’ll usually see. Designed by Joe himself for a client who prefers unique jewelry, this pair of earrings is crafted in 18kt white gold and given a black rhodium finish. They contain over one carat of natural round brilliant cut diamonds set in reverse, with the points of the stones facing up. Yes, you read that correctly, the diamonds are set up side down. We just finished two more Stunning pieces for the Custom Jewelry Contest and did we have fun with these! We may have a first with Candy’s triangle shape anniversary band. I know this is the first time we have made an anniversary band using triangle shaped stones, and a Google search did not turn up anything like this anywhere else that I could find. So, Candy, you just might have a one of a kind piece here!

The My Three Son’s piece was also a lot of fun and a perfect example of combining different elements and ideas to make something completely unique and special. We took the idea of a three stone ring (one for each son), added small diamond accents around each one, added baguette and round diamonds from the original engagement ring down each side, applied hand filigree accents and hand engraving for a little more bling then topped it off with a matching wedding band. A client recently purchased this stunning 2 1/4ct asscher cut GIA certified loose diamond from us. It is going into a custom made platinum diamond engagement ring and will be accompanied by two baguette shape diamonds – a definite classic! We’ll post a photo of the finished piece when it’s ready.

We just posted two new pieces for the Custom Jewelry Contest. We think these two pieces are a lot of fun. The first is a natural aquamarine set with two natural pink sapphires and two round moissanite stones on the sides. The setting has a squared off shank at the bottom to keep the ring upright and is made from palladium, a platinum alternative. The second contest piece is a diamond wedding band inspired by a famous actor/designer. This white gold wedding band has 5 small diamonds set into each side. Very cool and very unusual.

A long time client/friend of ours brought us the idea for these earrings. They’re 60mm in diameter (roughly 2 1/2") and have pave set diamonds on the inside and outside surfaces. By setting them this way, the only thing you see are diamonds. It’s a continuous circle of sparkle!

A big name international jewelry company sells these for a price that’s well into the tens of thousands of dollars and we’re able to sell them for a fraction of this!

There’s a whole lot of Love in this piece! For several years now Joseph Schubach Jewelers has been casting custom pendants for the Unity Church of Phoenix. Here is a prototype sample for their new design that we tested out on a sheet of brass. We ended up making a few changes from what you see here, like knocking out the space in the letter E’s and adjusting the height of the letter P’s. The final pieces will be made in sterling silver and available at their bookstore.
