She was accompanied by the brand’s new design director, Francesca Amfitheatrof, who gave her a preview of the necklace, bracelet and ring (all “Skyscraper” motif from the Tiffany & Co. Masterpieces collection) and emerald-cut diamond earrings ($112,000).
